DuraSquirt® DTI Single Pass Torque Fit-Up Kit

The DuraSquirt® DTI Single Pass Torque Fit-Up Kit is intended for use in conjunction with the DuraSquirt® DTI Single Pass Flange System in lieu of calibrated tools and verified torque values. The installer simply tightens the fit-up studs until the DuraSquirt® DTI from the fit-up kit squirts at all locations, fully eliminating the need for any torquing in the flange bolting process. The user then proceeds through the installation of the single pass flange system, disposing of the single-use fit-up DTI washers, and replacing them with Single Pass DTI's per subsequent steps.
