If your order is incorrect, please notify STS Industrial within 5 working days of receipt so we can make it right. If you need to return an item, STS Industrial makes returns quick and easy. Simply email your order number, and the items and quantities you wish to return to [email protected]. A team member will contact you with an RMA number and shipping instructions. Please note that there are no returns without prior approval. If your order was paid by credit card, we will refund the amount due, less applicable freight and restocking fees if applicable. If your order was paid on terms, you will receive a credit on your company's account, less applicable freight and restocking fees if applicable. No returns will be accepted for custom manufactured or special ordered items. Buyer to pay return freight to STS Industrial. Restocking fees may apply.
