Returning Items
If you need to return a product, we’ve made the process simple:
Email your order number along with the items and quantities you wish to return to [email protected].
A team member will provide you with an RMA number and detailed shipping instructions.
Important Notes:
Prior approval is required for all returns; items sent without authorization will not be accepted.
Custom or special order items are not eligible for return.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Restocking fees may apply.
Refunds & Credits:
Credit Card Orders: Refunds will be issued for the item cost, minus applicable freight and restocking fees.
Account Terms Orders: A credit will be applied to your company account, minus applicable freight and restocking fees.
