Brass hex head cap screws are manufactured from an alloy of copper and zinc. Dimensional specifications are governed by ASME B18.2.1. There are no grade markings on Brass hex cap screws. Brass fasteners are commonly used by electrical and communications industries, builders hardware and some marine applications. Brass hex head cap screws are electrically conductive, non-magnetic, and have good corrosion resistance.

Brass requires no material marking
