Whether you need an eye nut for suspension, adjustable side beam clamps for flexibility, or heavy beam clamps for load capacity, we have the perfect clamp available in our wide selection of clamping solutions.

Beam Clamps with Eye Nut

At STS Industrial, we offer various industrial and commercial beam clamps, including those with eye nuts, such as Fig G292, which is designed for scenarios where welding to the structure is restricted for supports, allowing for anticipated movement.

Heavy Beam Clamps

We also provide a wide selection of heavy beam clamps. These include Fig B134, which are designed for heavy-duty applications where easy attachment to the bottom of flanged beams is necessary.

Adjustable Side Beam Clamps

The Fig G14 hot-dipped galvanized adjustable side beam clamp is made for easy attachment to the bottom of flanged beams. Once installed, it will be secured using a hex nut and a lock washer.

Standard Beam Clamps

Our standard design beam clamps include Fig G133, and are designed to be attached to the bottom of flanged beams.

Choosing the Right Beam Clamp for Your Needs

When choosing the correct beam clamp for efficient lifting, several factors must be considered. Your load requirements, beam size, and environmental conditions will determine the appropriate clamp. Additionally, always double-check that you attach, align and torque everything correctly for proper installation and optimal performance. Use a standard wrench to hold the bolt head while tightening the nut with a torque wrench, sticking to the recommended torque.
