Common Finishes of Industrial Rod Ends
Steel rod ends are not commonly available in many finishes other than black. Custom coatings such as PTFE are available upon request.
Black or Plain Finish Rod Ends
Rod ends are unfinished or will have a minimally protective finish. Black rod ends offer near zero corrosion resistance, though black oxide coatings or oiled coatings do offer increased corrosion resistance over unfinished rod ends.
